She had her first breast augmentation surgery when she was only 19.
Apart from that, she’s undergone 4 breast implant surgeries, 2 nose jobs, butt implants and a gastric bypass surgery.
She had to remove some of her ribs to get that perfect sized waist.
Yes, her waist measures 20 inch now and she would initially wear a corset to slim it down but later on, she underwent a surgery to remove a couple ribs to trim down her waist even more.
She has an Instagram account to display all her body modifications.
With nearly half a million followers, Aleira shows off her plastic surgeries to all her fans.
She says, “The world needs to see my body”.
She also said that social media is a great platform for the publicity of models in today’s time and it will definitely be worth if her pictures went viral.
She also got a forehead lift.
She wanted arched eyebrows and hence went for a forehead lift. Other than that, she’s got a neck elongation done and replaced her teeth with dentures to have the perfect smile.
She still wants to go for more surgeries.
If she feels that her body still doesn’t feel complete enough or ‘perfect’ enough, she wouldn’t mind going under the knife a number of times.
